Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 14 business days for order processing before your item ships. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or sales.
Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship within the United States.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for customers in the Brenham, Texas. If local pickup is selected at checkout, you will be notified by email when your order is ready.
Pickup must be arranged within 5 business days of notification. Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be canceled without refund at our discretion.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Returned packages due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to resend.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
